We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations. Our return policy allows you to return most items within 30 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions.

Eligibility for Returns

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

• Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless damaged.

• Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your item.

How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at service@happllife.com. We will provide instructions and, if necessary, a return authorization number. Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
